This cute little boy is Eli! He's a character I made up a few months back. He's a tad mischevious and deviant but a good soul at heart. Here he is, catching flutter fish for his pet flying cat, Rupert. :heart:


I've been trying new things with different textured and colored paper and pencils so that's why the color is the way it is. I hope it looks alright :/ It looks better in person (I swear!)


Done in Ink and Prisma Color Pencils with slight editing on Photoshop 7.0
