I got commissioned to do Aragorn and Arwen from Lord of the Rings on the famous Rivendell bridge scene!
I've never drawn these two before and I haven't seen the movies in a long LONG time so this was a real challenge.

Outfits and architecture aren't exact on purpose. Put my own spin on things. :)
The faces were the hardest part because the paper is only 8.5" by 11" so they're really really TINY.

Nothin' else to say. I hope you all like it. :heart:

Done in Sakura micron pens with white and black Prismacolor colored pencils for highlights and shadow.

Aragorn and Arwen belong to J. R. R. Tolkien.

I love this scene from the movie! "The Fellowship" will always be my fav from the trilogy, but I thought that these two would never be able to be together when I saw the first movie, but then the other movies came out and I was "yeah, they're getting hitched!" I like the reflective quality of the light in this pic! :)

Somebody stumbled across my DA page and then contacted me by email. She doesn't have a DA account that I know of. :) She also asked for an Anakin and Padme inked drawing so I'll be posting that tonight.. hopefully. I'm getting pretty sleepy but I want to finish it! D:

Ah, but you did such wonderful job with their profiles despite the small paper-size: it's like he's just about to lift his case to hers while figuring how to say his words. :heart:

Also I love the swirls around the moon. It gives the picture a little more mystic feeling (but you should really ask for higher price for your works in the future). :3
